1. How long will it take to transport my vehicle?
A: Yes, although most of our customers are Major National Dealerships we offer the same high quality service and discounted rates to private parties.

Other factors, like weather conditions, traffic, and truck maintenance, may lengthen your vehicle's transit time.On average, most coast-to-coast vehicle relocations take an average of 8 to 12 days. Coastal up-and-down moves can take from 3 to 6 days. America's Auto Transport tracking personnel will keep you well-informed during transit as to the date and time your vehicle will arrive at its destination.
2. Do you have terminals or a place that I have to drop my car off?
A: We do not use terminals to ensure the highest levels of safety. We are strictly a door to door service.
3. Can I place my personal items in the car?
A: All personal items are placed in vehicles at the owner's risk. Auto transporters are not licensed or insured for the transport of personal items or household goods. You may place up to 50 lbs. in the trunk/cargo area of your vehicle at your own risk and we are not responsible in any way for such items.
4. What type of insurance is included to protect my car?
A: All of the motor carriers must provide primary insurance coverage for the customer's vehicle. The motor carrier insurance is primary coverage to your own insurance coverage, in an unlikely event that a claim may arise.
5. How long will it take to place the order?
A: Ordering is very easy, it will only take a couple of minutes and our representatives are ready to assist you if you have any questions.
6. How do I pay for the transport of my vehicle?
A: We have various payment options including all major credit cards and PayPal.
